Rivermont Schools is excited to announce the upcoming relocation and renaming of its Lynchburg North campus. The school will reopen in August 2025 as Rivermont Lynchburg Leesville at a newly renovated, purpose-built facility located at 742 Leesville Road, Lynchburg, VA 24502. 

The new campus—replacing the current location at 3024 Forest Hills Circle—is designed to serve more students with autism and support their families through expanded and enhanced learning environments. We will also be adding our state-of-the-art services for life and work skills, as well as a sensory room to accommodate and support our students with autism.  

The upgraded facility will feature: 

• An outdoor playground
• Life skills rooms
• Multiple specialty and therapy rooms
• Spacious, modern classrooms 

“In addition to accommodating and supporting more students, we’re excited to expand our services to include more independent living and vocational skills training, along with a sensory room—an essential resource for students with autism and other sensory needs,” said Audra Daniel, Principal of Lynchburg Leesville. “These valuable additions reflect our continued commitment to meeting the diverse needs of our students and preparing them for success beyond the classroom.”
